Summer is here, and we would like to share a few important updates to help keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. Please take a moment to review the information below.

Emergency Unit Key Audit – June 22 & 23

Monthly Pest Control Program

Master Care Pest Control provides monthly interior pest control service according to the following schedule:

  • Building 7: Second Tuesday of each month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Townhomes: Second Wednesday of each month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Building 8: Second Thursday of each month, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Residents enrolled in the interior pest control program who have authorized the Association to use their emergency key will receive an individual email before each scheduled service requesting authorization to release their key to the Master Care technician.
