June Community News & Updates
Don't Miss These Important Community Updates
Summer is here, and we would like to share a few important updates to help keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. Please take a moment to review the information below.
Emergency Unit Key Audit – June 22 & 23
Management will be conducting an audit of the emergency unit keys kept on file by the Association.
If you have changed your locks or are unsure whether the Management Office has your current key, please stop by the office before the audit dates to verify or update your key.
Maintaining an updated emergency key allows the Association to respond quickly in the event of emergencies such as water leaks, fire, or other situations requiring immediate access to a unit.
Monthly Pest Control Program
Master Care Pest Control provides monthly interior pest control service according to the following schedule:
- Building 7: Second Tuesday of each month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Townhomes: Second Wednesday of each month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Building 8: Second Thursday of each month, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Residents enrolled in the interior pest control program who have authorized the Association to use their emergency key will receive an individual email before each scheduled service requesting authorization to release their key to the Master Care technician.

We also ask everyone to securely tie all garbage bags before placing them in the trash chute. This simple step helps keep our trash rooms cleaner and more sanitary.
Pool Safety During Summer
