We are all neighbors, and everyone’s enjoyment of living at The Wave depends, in part, on how we all treat each other and our common property. We encourage you to get involved in YOUR community, and to watch over it with loving care. After all, The Wave is YOUR HOME for three months, three years or even longer! The Wave was built in 1969, and underwent a $10M condo conversion by MCZ Centrum, completed in 2004. There are 551 residential units and 23 retail and professional spaces. Directly West, are the Intracoastal Waterway, and amazing sunsets. Storage units are available in the Lower Lobby. Prices range from $25 - $85. Contact the office for more information. Your Board of Directors members serve on a voluntary basis. We welcome your participation and input by serving on various committees and attending Board meetings, usually held on the fourth Tuesday of every month. (Subject to change.) Agendas are posted on the premises, Don't forget to check the bulletin boards and this website for other important Association news. We are in the process of improving communications to reach both on-site and off-site unit owners.
