Parking, Permits & Other Issues
LMSI is the third-party company responsible for lot monitoring. All vehicles registration and parking permit requests can be done by registering your vehicle by visiting www.getmyparkingpermit.com. For any towing concerns, you must also contact LMSI (954-564-0486 ) and All County Towing (954-325-1769).
LMSI will do periodical patrols of the community to ensure all parking rules are being followed. Sun Vista Gardens Condo and its managements are not directly responsible for vehicles that are warned/towed. If you have any questions why your vehicle was warned/towed, contact LMSI directly.
Guest Parking: Guests are allowed to park overnight in the community for 14 days in a 30 days period. To register a guest, visit www.getmyparkingpermit.com, click on "Register as a Guest" then choose "Sun Vista Gardens" as your community and complete all fields accurately.
Parking Spaces: Each unit is assigned one parking spot- Guest and reserved parking are available
Parking Decals: Decal Permits are issued by GetMyParkingPermit.com via mail.
Parking Violations
Your car could be subject to towing as a result of these violations:
- Parked on Grass
- Parked on Fire Lanes
- Blocking Dumpster
- Handicap Parking with NO PLACARD
- Blocking Handicap Crosswalk or Walkway
- Parked in NO PARKING zone
- Blocking Crash Gates
- NO License plate displayed
- Expired License Plate
- Invalid License Plate, altered, handwritten or not assigned to vehicle
- Invalid Temporary Plate
- Backed into parking space
- Parked on sidewalk (fully or partial)
- Blocking other vehicles (including your own)
- Parked in 2 or more spaces
- Parked along curb
- NOT parked in lined spaces
- Parked in area marked Loading Zone
- Inoperable or in disrepair (Flat tires, broken windows, oil leaks, derelict vehiclet, etc,)
- GUEST VEHICLES are not allowed to park in Resident area, even if registered.
- RESIDENT VEHICLES are not allowed to park in guest area, even if registered as a guest.
