Purchase / Tenancy applications

New Owners: No buyer application / approval needed. Special Assessments can be paid at closing by owner or buyer can assume future payments. 
Documents required:  

  • Estoppel and Lender documents form, 
  • Fully executed sales contract, 
  • Warranty Deed, 
  • Driver's License, 
  • Vehicle Registration, 
  • Vehicle Insurance Card.

To request any closing documents, visit www.condocerts.com, and search for Sun Vista Gardens.

New Tenants:  No renter application / approval needed. Units can be rented out right away.  
Documents required: 

  • Copy of the fully executed lease contract,
  • Valid Driver's License, 
  • Vehicle Registration, 
  • Vehicle Insurance Card.

New Owner/ Tenant Procedure:
Once the contract is signed, register here (link to registration page) to update the apartment information and be entered into the Association’s system. Management will not be able to assist you if you are not in the system.
Registering your Vehicle:
