Built in 1979, Oceansound has 314 units and is part of the Key Colony complex. The following facilities are available for our residents:
- > Pool and Jacuzzi - open from 9 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the evening before an official holiday.
- > Grill Stations - available from 9 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the evening before an official holiday.
- > Gym - open 24 hours
- Recreation Room - deposits/fees required; reservations made through Office
