As a member of this community each resident is obligated to abide by the predetermined Rules and Regulations found in the Meadowridge Association's Governing Documents.
VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. All vehicular and pedestrian traffic being in and/or operating upon the property shall at all times comply with controlling governmental laws. All such traffic shall at all times obey any traffic signs and/or other equipment employed for the purpose of traffic control, whether or not same is placed by governmental authorities and/or the Association. Unless otherwise posted, vehicular traffic shall adhere to a maximum speed limit of 15 m.p.h.
Non-Compliance with posted speed limits may result in violation notices and potential towing of vehicles.
