Property Manager Duties Overview:

The Property Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our community. Their responsibilities are designed to enhance the living experience for all residents, maintain the property, and address any concerns or issues that arise. 

Daily Duties:

Resident Support: The Property Manager is available to assist with resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns.

Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency issues to ensure all facilities are in good working condition.

Property Inspections: Conducting regular checks to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for residents.

Communication: Providing updates on any upcoming events, construction, or disruptions, and ensuring timely responses to resident needs.

Overall Responsibilities:

Property Operations: Overseeing the general management of the property, ensuring that all services (e.g., landscaping, waste management, utilities) are running smoothly.

Budgeting & Financial Management: Managing the community's budget, handling security deposit collections, and allocating funds for maintenance and improvements.

Compliance: Ensuring the property is in compliance with local laws, regulations, and community rules.

Vendor Management: Hiring and supervising contractors or vendors for various services (e.g., landscaping, access control, maintenance).

Community Engagement: Promoting a positive living environment by fostering strong communication and addressing community-wide concerns.

By performing these duties, the Property Manager ensures that residents have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live.
