Welcome to The Dorchester
The Dorchester is an art deco-style cooperative building located on the oceanfront in Delray Beach, FL. Built in 1966 using pre-stressed concrete floors and stucco covered concrete block walls, it has ten floors and a full basement, with two 3,000ft2 residential units on each floor. The fully enclosed basement houses the fire and cooling water pumping systems, owner storage spaces, and twenty parking spaces. A large swimming pool and covered cabana, and 24 additional parking spaces are located behind the building, on a well-landscaped four-acre property.
