A unit shall not be leased or rented without the prior written approval of the Association. A Unit Owner shall be prohibited from leasing his Unit more than once in a 12 month prior, measured from the commencement of the most recent lease of the unit, or for a term of less than 6 months.

A sales or leasing application is made by contacting the management office for the website link, and all applications are completed on line with a $100 fee per person or married couple. Completed applications are reviewed by a Committee, and approved by the Board. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of a completed application.

Packages must be addressed to Residents. The maximum dimension of the package cannot exceed 36” x 36” and the weight cannot exceed 30 pounds. Both first name and last name must match the name of the registered Resident. Please note that packages not addressed to registered Residents will be returned to sender. Packages can only be picked up by the resident or pre-approved designee. Email approval from the Resident to the Management Office or Front Desk Supervisor is required.

A refundable move in deposit of $500 is due with your reservation made through the Management Office. Along with your deposit, the Office must receive a Certificate of Insurance, naming The Barclay Condominium Association Inc. as additional insured and certificate holder. Moves and deliveries are not allowed on weekends or holidays, and must be made between 8:30 am and 5 pm each weekday.

Please request an ARC form and checklist from the Management Office. All construction must be approved in advance by the Board. Please allow 2 weeks to process your completed application package
