The Townhomes of Country Village is a quaint community of 191 Spanish-style one and two story townhouses, some with garages, located in NW Miami-Dade County, just north of Miami Lakes. All the townhomes have red barrel tile roofs and some have courtyards with wrought iron gates.
One of the outstanding features of the neighborhood is the abundance of trees and landscaping. Although the Townhomes border on the west along Ludlum Road (NW 67 Avenue), they are buffered from the noise and action by lush landscaping.
Originally developed and built by F & R Builders, about one-third of the Townhomes are situated on the south and west edge of an 11 acre private lake and 7-acre private park. Driveway pads are provided for each home in addition to several guest parking areas. The streets are privately owned and maintained by the association.
The Townhomes is a sub-association of the Country Village Homeowner's Association, the Master Association, which consists of 2,276 single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes. There are three other sub-associations: Aspen Townhomes, Country Lakes Condominiums, and Sorbet. The single family homes do not have a sub-association.
The Townhomes have been professionally managed by Affinity Management Services for the past two years.
The Board of Directors consists of five homeowners, which are elected every year. Our Annual Meeting is held in February. Our monthly Board meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month. All homeowners are encouraged to attend so they get an idea of what is happening in their community.
