Property owners must bring the following to the clubhouse office:
- Driver's license
- Vehicle registration
- The vehicle itself, so we can place the decal on it
- A payment of $25, which can be paid by personal check or credit/debit card
Please note that if you pay by card, there will be an additional fee of $3 to $8, so we recommend paying by personal check to avoid this extra charge.
Vehicles that are registered under someone else's name, who is not listed on the lease agreement or property ownership, cannot be registered without a background check. To do this, please visit the Association's website and fill out the application, which has a fee of $150. Once your application is approved, you can bring the approval to complete the vehicle registration.
