Application Guide

Please read this page carefully before applying. A complete application helps avoid delays.

Before You Apply

Read the Rules and Regulations: ask your Realtor for a copy if you don't have one.


Special circumstances: If you have pets, a service animal, a boat, an oversized vehicle, an electric vehicle, or a golf cart, contact management before applying to confirm any restrictions or processes.


Parking: Each unit includes one designated parking space in the garage.


No rentals permitted: Seapointe does not allow any rentals.


All adults (18+) must apply: Every adult in the household must complete the screening process, or the application will be delayed.

Application Steps

Step 1- Pay the Processing Fee

• Zelle $50 to kb2mgmt@yahoo.com.
• This is a flat $50 fee - not per person.
To rush your file, add an extra $25 to your payment.

Step 2- Complete Background Screening

• All adults (18+) must submit their own application directly through the screening company.
• The screening fee will be paid directly to them.

There is an additional screening fee for rushed applications.

Step 3 Request Additional Paperwork (if needed)

• Email kristin@kb2management.com to request any additional forms, such as service animal paperwork or construction project approvals.

Step 4- Send Your Sales Contract

• Email a copy of your signed sales contract to kristin@kb2management.com.

Timeline: Once all materials are received, expect a decision within 2-3 weeks. Incomplete applications will cause delays.
