     Welcome to Sabal Chase Condo II, an essential and vibrant part of the larger Sabal Chase community in Kendall, Miami. Our subdivision boasts 124 units nestled within 31 elegantly designed buildings, each adding to the charm and distinctiveness of our area.

     As members of Sabal Chase Condo II, we must recognize our dual financial commitments. Firstly, we contribute to the Condo II assessment, a fund dedicated to maintaining and upkeep of our specific condo facilities.
