If this is your first time logging into the website you can use your default username and password which is the first initial of your first name and your last name @parkplaza. For example:

John Doe would be jdoe@parkplaza

Jose Perez would be jperez@parkplaza

Your temporary initial password is your account number which you can find in your payment coupon book. Once you log in for the first time you will be able to change your username to your email so you can easily remember it as well as your password.
