The swimming pool is located behind the Clubhouse and shall only be used from dawn to dusk. Residents are asked to please observe the below pool rules. 

• People are required to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. No running, roughhousing, excessive splashing, diving, jumping from the bridge or ledge of the pool is permitted. 

• Children under the age of 18 years old are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult (resident or registered guest 18 years or older). Children may not use the pool unclothed or wearing regular diapers (swim diapers allowed). Proper swimming attire is required at all times. 

• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI/SPA. 

• Showering is required before entering the Jacuzzi/Spa or pool. 

• Chairs and tables are not to be removed from the pool area. 

• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA OR ON THE BRIDGE. 

• Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please see signs for accommodations.
