Welcome to Orangewood Acres HOA

Orangewood Acres is a well-groomed community of 87 duplex units (a total of 174 homes), all with garages that separate the two units. Most of the homes are two bedroom, but some have either a third bedroom or office. The unique thing about Orangewood Acres is that although the outsides are all similar, the original owners were able to design the inside so very few interiors are identical.

The community hosts a clubhouse, a screened, heated swimming pool, and four shuffleboard courts. There is a centralized, covered area for mail delivery that is surrounded by lovely flowering shrubs. The clubhouse is regularly used for community social events (Bingo, Bunco, potluck dinners, etc.) as well as rented out to homeowners for private parties.

The association has been self-managed since turned over from the developer. Many residents, both full-timers and Snowbirds, are great at volunteering and getting things done. It is a perfect way to keep maintenance fees low. The maintenance fees include weekly mowing in the summer months and bi-weekly mowing in the winter months. It also includes twice a week lawn watering but each homeowner is responsible for their own sprinkler system.
