no vehicle may park lengthwise across more than one parking space without permission of the board of directors.

Condominium Units:

(1) Unit owners and residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
(2) No ocuppant under the age of sisteen "16" years shall be permitted to entertain guests in the pool or poolside supervision of a parent or adult resident ...
(3) Anyone in diapers or who is not toilet trained shall not be permitted in the pool.
(4) Pools hours are from sunrise to sunset.
(5) No lifeguard on duty.

1. The entrance door as well as the locker door shall be kept locked at all times.
2. Only one "1" storage unit is assigned per apartment.
3. Anything found outside of the storage may be disposed of without further written notice.
4. Flammables such as paints, chemicals, etc., may not be stored in a locker.
5. Lights must be turned off when leaving the storage room and the door firmly latched.

Please keep in mind that the recently installed Fire Alarm equipment in the Common Area hallways, stairwells, and storage rooms is sensitive to smoke as well as heat and fire. These devices will detect any smoke that escapes from your unit and sound an evacuation alarm for the entire building.

Approved Minutes of Board Meetings can be found under the Meeting Minutes tab. Please note that Minutes cannot be posted until they are approved at the next Board Meeting following the date of that meeting

1. Laundry equipment shall be used only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and        10:00 p.m. The entrance door shall be kept closed at all times.
2. No tints or dyes shall be used in the washing machines.
3. Laundry shall not be kept in the machines for any length of time after the          cycles are finished.
4. Do not overload machines with excessive weights of heavy or bulky towels,        blankets, etc.
5. Lights must be turned off when leaving the laundry room as well as the              door closed.
