Sales Application
Please ensure that each proposed adult occupant (18 years and older, except for husband/wife or parent/dependent child, who are considered one applicant) completes this application, an application for approval, and authorization forms in detail. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection of the application.
If any section of the application is incomplete or unanswered, it will be returned without processing or approval.
Required Attachments: (For each applicant) a (Company) applying please provide sunbiz report.

- Social Security card
- Driver’s License
- Passport if not a resident and /or U.S. Citizen
- Rules & Regulations signed by each applicant. For further rules & restrictions, please read the Rules & Regulations and the by-Laws of the association, before completing this application.
Fees: (For each applicant, other than husband/wife or parent/child, under the age of 18, is considered one applicant).
- Screening Processing fee of $100.00 (non-refundable)
- Notary Fee & Coupon fee $40.00
- 1 Purchase of Club House key $130.00
- 1 Purchase of Car Wash key $60.00
Processing Time:
Allow 20 business days prior to the date of occupancy. Please note, processing fees & time for international screenings will vary.
Pet Rules:
No dogs are allowed at any time.
Owners Responsibility:
No leasing or renting of a unit is permitted during the first year of ownership.
Leasing of unit owner needs to provide a lease application to onsite office at Kendall Acres West With all required documentation and approved by Board of Directors.
Interview Requirement:
All applicants must be available for a personal interview before final Board of Directors approval.
Owner Responsibilities:
The current owner must provide the tenant with a copy of all Association Documents and the Rules and Regulations, including the pool regulations.
Parking Rules:
No commercial vehicles, trucks, boats, trailers, motor homes, mobile homes, campers, recreational vehicles, etc., are permitted to park on the premises overnight. Disabled, expired tag, unlicensed, derelict, or abandoned motor vehicles may not be parked, stored, or kept upon the Condominium Property without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors. Only 1 assigned parking space is available per unit.

Moving Restrictions:
Moving furniture in or out of a unit must be completed by 9:00 P.M. Applicants are prohibited from moving in until approval from the Board is received.
