The Flanders S Condo Association protects our shared investment and ensures our common areas are well-maintained for everyone to enjoy. We all have a shared investment in a quality lifestyle from the common catwalks to the beautifully landscaped grounds of our building and the inviting amenities of Kings Point.

The Board is composed of fellow residents who volunteer their time and effort on behalf of all owners.
