Welcome to Ensenada Condominium Association

Ensenada is a landmark property nestled in the heart of Aventura — a vibrant community that blends history, charm, and unbeatable location. While our buildings reflect the character of an established property, our Board of Directors and dedicated in-house management team are working diligently to transform Ensenada into the gem it is meant to be.
Currently undergoing its 50-year recertification and seawall renewal, Ensenada is embracing the future with important improvements that will enhance safety, functionality, and overall quality of life for all residents.
Ensenada offers something even more valuable: an affordable lifestyle in a prime location. Situated on Aventura’s iconic Circle and just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment, our community is truly close to everything.
Ensenada has faced challenges throughout the years, but with commitment, accountability, and vision, we are moving forward, strengthening our place as one of Aventura’s notable communities and a property our residents are proud to call home.
Ensenada Condominium Association — a landmark property where dedication meets community, and where the best is yet to come.
