Welcome to Country Village Homeowners Association

Country Village Homeowner’s Association is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) community consisting of single family homes, townhouses, and condominiums situated between NW 204 Street on the north and 188 Terrace to the south and NW 57 Avenue on the east and NW 69 Avenue on the west, in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Country Village Lake is a private, 11-acre man-made lake, with a large sandy beach area that sits in the middle of the community. There is also a private 7-acre, awarding-winning park, Willis D. Harding Park, which is named after the long-time Association president. The park contains many exotic and one-of-a-kind trees of which Mr. Harding was responsible for procuring. Residents are welcome to enjoy a BBQ and picnic or day by the water. A walking path winds through the park with several exercise stations and the swings and a playground area is perfect for the kids.

The community was built in the early 1980s and offers a variety of architectural details including shingle and tile roofs, fenced yards, courtyards, etc. The homes range from two bedrooms to four bedrooms and most have garages.

Located close by are Publix, Sedano’s, CVS, Navarro’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Checkers, IHOP, Taco Bell, Subway, Denny’s, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s, Jiffy Lube, Party City, several banks, as well as many other fine shops and stores.
