How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your portal. On the banner, next to Logout click the USER icon  and you will see your display name. Click your display name and you will be directed to the Manage Profile page. Next, click on Manage Password. Your new password: Can be a mixture of letters, numbers, and punctuation. Must be at least 6 characters. Is case sensitive - passwords must be entered exactly, so if you use capital letters in creating your new password you must use them whenever you use the new password to log in (e.g. "miami115" vs "MIAMI115"). We recommend you don't use common words or names that could easily be guessed by someone else. 

 

What if I forget my username or password?

If you forgot your Username or Password please click HERE and follow the instructions.

 

Can I change my username?

No, once you are assigned a username and your account is active your username cannot be changed.
