Your packages are accepted in a secured area by our Receiving staff and every attempt is made to deliver to you that same day.Promptness of your delivery will vary with the the time of day your package is received by Staff, and the demands of  the season. If you need to have a package immediately upon receipt, you are welcome to visit the Receiving area, or call Emilio at (305) 860-1433.

Please call the Security Gate at (305) 860-1433 with your name and unit number to inform them in advance of the arrival. In the case of an Uber or private driver, please inform Security of the driver's name and license plate number. 

Please inform Security Gate at (305) 860-1433 ahead of the arrival, and a Security Specialist will accompany the delivery person to your apartment. Please be certain to give the delivery person and Security your phone number so they can inform you when your delivery arrives.

The gym is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The pool hours are sunrise to sunset. Children are permitted in these areas only when accompanied by an adult.
