All requests related to sales and rental applications, vehicle transponders, registrations and decals, parking space rentals, key fobs, pet registrations, scheduling move-ins and -outs, AC filter services, resident key fobs, and assistance with maintenance payments/ACH registrations.

Requests for work orders, guest registrations, housekeeper registrations, home healthcare worker registrations, personal trainer registrations, elevator registrations, and requests for unit account statements.

Submissions for architectural modifications and construction in units including presentation of city permits and contractor licenses/insurance, contractor access to the freight elevator, and presentation of contractor certificates of insurance for elevator usage and contractor entry into the building.

All security issues and incidents should be directed in person or via phone to the Front Lobby Security Desk which is manned 24 hours/7 days a week; additionally, the Front Lobby Desk can also assist with questions on deliveries and valet parking requests, as well as last-minute guest access on weekends ONLY. Requests for copies of incident reports should be made directly to the Office Receptionist.
Maintenance

All maintenance issues and emergency situations should be addressed directly to the Management Office or to the Front Lobby Security Desk after hours and on weekends and holidays. All requests for personal repairs inside units must be made via the work order process; the maintenance team is unable to enter units for personal work without a proper work order being issued. Any questions on this process, including the availability of our maintenance team to perform in-unit work, can be directed to the association office."

Receiving Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm – Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Valet Parking: 24 hours Cost: $5.00 and overnight $9:00
