OWNERS

1. HOA Certificate of Approval and Warranty Deed. (Closing Statement may be used in place of Warranty Deed).
2. State Driver’s License or State ID (must be unexpired)
3. Resident Registration Form
4. Payment for the total amount of key Fob(s) required for each registrant. Registrant(s) must be present at the Clubhouse to have a photo taken. Key Fob cost is $25.00 for each registrant, and payment is accepted at the Clubhouse. (No cash or money orders accepted)

TENANTS

1. HOA Certificate of Approval and Lease. (Lease must be up to date)
2. State Driver’s License or State ID (must be unexpired)
3. Resident Registration Form
4. Payment for the total amount of key Fob(s) required for each registrant. Registrant(s) must be present at the Clubhouse to have a photo taken. Key Fob cost is $25.00 for each registrant, and payment is accepted at the Clubhouse. (No cash or money orders accepted)

IMPORTANT:

Members must be registered with the Clubhouse and must be present with key Fob for access to the Clubhouse, no fob no entry. ID may not be used for access. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Key Fobs must also be in working condition; meaning the information of its owner is retrievable and displayed by our access control system when the fob is scanned. If key fobs are not working, members MUST purchase a new one at the clubhouse. NO EXCEPTIONS.

MISUSE, MISAPPLICATION, ABUSE, MISREPRESENTATION, AND/OR MISHANDLING OF A FOB MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF USE AND ACCESS TO CLUBHOUSE AMENITIES. REREGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR USE TO THE CLUBHOUSE AND ITS AMENITIES. A REREGISTRATION FEE MAY APPLY.
