Yes! You can have up to 1 pet, either a cat or dog, or any pet the HOA approves of, and they cannot be heavier than 40 lbs.

You may make changes as you please to the inside of your unit as long as it does not affect the buildings integrity, structure, or electrical systems. Any exterior changes or drastic interior changes MUST be approved by the Association.

To prepare for a hurricane you may use shutters that are approved by the Association and they must be installed in a manner that is also approved. This is to ensure the safety of the units and their residents without damaging the building. If the Owner of a Unit is not present, they are responsible for calling an agent to open and close the shutters.
