ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
Please submit the following documents with each application. The application will not be
stamped “Received” until all required applicable supporting documentation is received.
All documentation MUST be provided in ONE submittal.

- Please review the Long Lake Ranches rules and regulations to ensure that the improvements you are making to your property meet the criteria set therein.
- Exterior Painting: Attach color samples including the manufacturers paint color name and number. Identify which color will be used for the house body, trim, doors, and any other feature to be painted. Ensure that the color you choose complies with the Town of Davie anti-monotony code, in relation to homes in your immediate vicinity.
- A current Lot survey MUST be included for any project where improvements outside the envelope of your home are being made. Identify on the survey the exact location dimensioned to the property lines and existing house, as well as the dimensions of the work being performed i.e. additions, generators, fencing, gazebo, pool decking, screen enclosure, driveway, pool, shed, landscaping etc. All improvements shall comply with updated Town of Davie setbacks, and easements.
- Samples, as well as color picture or brochure showing proposed style, color and materials for windows, roof tile, driveway material, patio material, garage door, shed etc. For landscaping, please include visual pictures of proposed plantings and a landscape plan.
- Specifications and data will be required for certain improvements to ensure the product meets Town of Davie and LLR rules and regulations; for example, generators have a noise limit, rated in decibels.
- Improvements shall be shielded from view with landscaping that is of sufficient height at time of planting. Including but not limited to generators, equipment, playsets, etc.
- License and Insurance of contractor (if applicable). If homeowner is doing the work, please note on application.
- Insurance must include: General Liability, Workman’s Comp and Auto Insurance. Long Lake Ranches HOA shall be listed as the certificate holder:
