Condominium Units: (a) The condominium units shall be used only for residential purpose. (b) No industry, business, trade or occupatlon or profession of any kind whether commercial, religlous, educational or otherwise, whether designed for profit or not-for-profit or otherwise shall be conducted by any unit owner on any part of the Association property. () Notwithstanding the language Iy Paragraph 1.1(b), directly above, the Board of Directors may authorize any unit owner or group of unit owners to conduct religious services in 'he Tower under such conditions and restriciions as the Board may stipulate. (d) Oniy unit owners, their familles and house guests shall be pemitied entry to the Tower for the purpose of attending such relglous services as the Board may authorize. No unit owner shall use or permit the use of his/her unit in any manner, which would be disturbing or conetitute a nuisance to other Owners, orin such a Way as to be injurious to the reputation of the property. A. One pet (1), which may be either small caged bird, cat or dog, fifteen (15) pounds or under, may be kept in a unit. Birds must be kept inside of unit at all times. B. Pets (cats or dogs) must be leashed and accompanied by the pet’s owner at all times when outside the condominium unit. Cats may not run free. Dogs must be kept on a short leash when residents are present. C. Pets are not permitted in or around the recreational area, including pool, tennis court, and clubhouse. D. Pet owners are reminded to carry “pooper Scoopers” or find other means to keep the common areas clean. Violators will be fined and if they continue to break rule, the Association will seek the removal of the violator’s pet. Please walk your pet in the designated area and pickup after your pet. A. Each unit has one (1) parking space assigned to it exclusively, unless additional spaces were purchased with the unit. B. All residents are to advise their guests about the designated parking areas for guests and not allow their guests to park in other residents’ spaces or in any other not designated for GUEST PARKING. C. No vehicles are allowed to load/unload/park on the walkway in front of the mailboxes and elevators. D. Parking anywhere other than in the designated parking areas is prohibited. This means parking is prohibited in spaces designated HANDICAPPED (unless vehicle has a current sticker on license plate authorizing such parking), LOADING ZONES, FIRE LANES, CAR WASH, the grass, spaces specifically RESERVED for other owners/residents and all diagonally striped areas. E. All commercial vehicles, boats, trucks etc. must be parked on the street along 132nd Street. They are not allowed to be parked inside. F. Only operational vehicles with a valid license plate and belonging to a resident or guest may be parked on the property. G. Parking areas shall not be used for any mechanical work on vehicles except in an emergency. H. The Briarwinds Condominium Association and its Board of Directors are not responsible for theft and/or damage to vehicles. I. Bicycles are not permitted to be parked on walkways. Violators of Parking Regulations will be towed away at the expense of the vehicle owners.

(b) Occupands of condominium have the right to ask anyone who they do not recognize as an occupant to identify themselves. (c) Turn off de light when laundry room is not in use.
